HOW IT WORKS
We make it simple for Malaysian businesses to get professional product photos—whether you're booking white background shots or creative product mood shots.
Here’s how our product photography service works, step by step:
Step 1
Consultation & Quotation
Tell us about your products, quantity, and what type of photography you need—white background photography, product mood shots, or both. We'll provide a quotation tailored to your project needs. A 50% deposit and a signed quotation are required upon confirmation to secure your booking.
Step 2
Product Drop-Off or Courier
You can courier your products to our studio in Kuala Lumpur or drop them off in person. We’ll notify you as soon as we receive the items and begin prepping for your shoot.
Step 3
Product Shooting
We photograph your products using professional DSLR cameras, precise studio lighting setups, and tailored styling (for mood shots). Whether it's a minimalist e-commerce photo or a creative campaign visual, we ensure your brand looks sharp.
Step 4
Post - Production
All images go through basic colour correction and photo enhancement to ensure they are clean, sharp, and aligned with your brand aesthetic. We adjust brightness, contrast, and colour to deliver polished, high-quality visuals. A standard one-time round of consolidated revision is included where applicable. Additional charges apply for digital imaging services, image resizing, and advanced photo retouching upon request.
Step 5
File Delivery & Payment
Once you approve the final previews, we’ll issue the final invoice. All final photo deliverables (without watermark) will be released upon full payment received. Files are delivered via Google Drive with up to 3 months of complimentary cloud storage for easy access anytime, anywhere.
Step 6
Product Return
We carefully pack and prepare your products for collection or courier return. Courier fees are covered by the client.
